Are you a data-driven digital marketer who loves testing and optimizing performance? Do you enjoy A/B testing, analyzing data, and improving paid ads, SEO, email, and website conversions? If so, we’d love to chat!
We’re looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to work on paid ads, landing pages, email performance, and campaign analytics while contributing to demand generation experiments. This role works closely with the Content Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, and Sales Team to drive lead generation and engagement. If you’re analytical, eager to experiment, and results-driven, this role is for you!
Your Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Paid Ads & Campaign Optimization
- Optimize Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads for targeting and performance.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and audience segmentation.
- Provide insights to improve CTR, CPL, and lead quality.
2️⃣ Landing Page & Website Optimization (Elementor/WordPress)
- Create and test landing pages for paid campaigns.
- Run A/B tests on CTAs, layouts, and conversion funnels.
- Monitor analytics & heatmaps to reduce bounce rates.
3️⃣ Email Performance & Automation (HubSpot or similar)
- Analyze email performance (newsletters, lead nurturing).
- Test subject lines, content, and CTAs for better engagement.
4️⃣ SEO & Content Performance Tracking
- Track organic traffic and content engagement.
- Support on-page SEO improvements and keyword strategies.
5️⃣ Marketing Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track campaign performance across all channels.
- Provide reports with insights & recommendations.
- Test and scale new acquisition channels.
6️⃣ Research & Testing for Future Demand Generation
- Explore new lead generation channels.
- Conduct competitive research for opportunities.
We Expect
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or performance optimization.
- Basic experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads (with a willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tracking tools.
- Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot preferred) for campaign tracking & automation.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (Elementor) or similar CMS tools.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and improving performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Content, Sales, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, execution-oriented approach.
If You Have It, It’s a Plus:
- Experience with heatmapping tools (Hotjar, CrazyEgg) for website behavior analysis.
- Basic understanding of SQL, Google Tag Manager, or marketing automation workflows.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS or lead generation marketing strategies.
- Additional languages such as German, Italian, or French.
