What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager DACH with a record of successfully acquiring new customers. You will report to the Head of Sales and be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy and go-to-market motion in the DACH region.
This role requires true relationship-building skills, business acumen, and product as well as technical understanding. You must be able to work across numerous teams and departments, synchronous and asynchronous, including sales, marketing, revenue operations and product.

Your Responsibilities:
- Expand the DACH market and acquire accounts mainly within the hospitality industry
- Understand our potential customer’s existing processes for guest experience and position our SaaS solution accordingly
- Manage the entire sales process (pipeline generation to pipeline conversion)
- Ensure that personal targets and other performance metrics are being achieved
- Use modern sales tactics and an analytical method when approaching new customers
- Track and regularly review lead and pipeline progression in our CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting
- Represent Customer Alliance at relevant events and fairs
We Expect
Performance:
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire sales life cycle - from prospecting to closing
- Consistent track record of overachievement of goals and quota
- History of driving revenue and deliver complex projects successfully in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization
Experience:
- >3 years of sales or business development experience
- Strong grounding in a B2B SaaS based recurring revenue and growth business model; seasoned in understanding value drivers in a recurring revenue business
- HotelTech / Hospitality industry experience is a strong plus
- You come with your book of best practices
Communication & Relationship Building:
- Clear communicator with an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to successfully and efficiently manage a wide variety of relationships
- Fluency in German and English

- Passion about technology and business strategy
